What certificates do they receive? |

First aid and water safety courses are accredited by the STA UK, and registered with the UK Health and Safety Council (HSC), so are truly international. All other courses are recognized by all the UAE government departments, and our trainers are all registered with DOHMS, etc. |

Are they recognized by the local authority? |

All our trainers are registered with DOHMS at municipality level and Ministry of Health at federal level. FSG are authorized to train by the police, civil defence, etc. |

What is the cost of the courses? |

Our standard course rates are included in the course outlines, and available on our website. |

How long is the certificate valid for? |

Our UK accredited courses are usually valid for three years at present. Other courses are valid for two years. |

Do we get a discount? |

Corporate clients can qualify for a discount, and we also look very favourably at charitable organizations and individual self-help groups. |

Where can the training be held? |

We have a training facility at the Dubai Tennis Stadium in Al Garhoud, or we can hold corporate courses at the clients premises. We have also held courses for smaller groups in their villa/apartment and clubs, etc. Our strangest venue was probably an open quarry site! |

What payment methods are acceptable? |

Corporate clients can use any of the usual payment terms. Individuals usually pay on the day by cash or cheque. We regret we cannot accept credit card payment at this time. |

When will we receive the certificates? |

Certificates are normally ready within a week of the course. We usually hold corporate client certificates until the course payment is cleared. |

Do we provide lunch? |

Tea/coffee is provided during the breaks, but to keep course costs to a minimum we do not provide lunch. However our facility is situated in the heart of Century Village, one of the best restaurant areas in Dubai! |

What type of training do we provide? |

All levels of first aid, basic fire safety, water safety up to and including professional lifeguard, basic health and safety issues such as manual handling and lifting, VDU use, etc. In fact anything to do with an individuals safety. |
