Maritime Security Training Courses

Maritime Security Training courses are available for the full spectrum of both mandatory and non-mandatory security requirements. Our trainers are accredited with the most recognized national and international organizations including the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the US Coast Guard National Maritime Centre (NMC) and Maritime Administration (MARAD), the UK’s Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) and other national classification organizations. Courses can be adjusted to suit the client’s requirements and fall into 2 categories: Individual Training Courses and Collective Training Courses.

Individual Training Courses

Maritime Security Awareness Course (ship/shore/company personnel).
Developed to provide the fundamental security knowledge and skills required in accordance with the ISPS code. All stakeholders in the ISPS Code have a responsibility to ensure that all their employees are educated to increase their levels of vigilance and security awareness.
Ship and Company Security Officer Course.
Approved training course in compliance with the ISPS code and the IMO model course.
Port Facility Security Officer Course.
Approved training courses in compliance with the ISPS code and the IMO model course.
Incident Management and Crisis Response Training.
A bespoke service that can offer both Crisis Management (CM) training and/or a Crisis Response team service. All training and response is carried out in close dialogue with clients to meet their individual operational requirements for crisis management.

Collective Training Courses

Waterborne Security Boat Handling Courses.
Through our numerous projects we have identified a safety and security gap in today’s maritime commercial environment. Our Waterborne Security Support service not only complements navigational safety, it closes the security gap by working to mitigate waterborne incidents.
Maritime Interdiction Operations Training.
Port Facility Guard Force Training.
We are one of the only companies accredited by the US Maritime Administration to deliver collective training to Facility Personnel with Specific Security Duties (FPSSD) and this course can be delivered to port facility guard personnel worldwide.
