HS005 : Introduction To Risk Assessment - Part Two

Description
Aimed at designated employees, who have attended part 1 this course enables candidates to gain a working knowledge of the general risk assessment process.
Syllabus
On successful completion of part 2 candidates should be able to:
- Classify Hazards
- Understand the risk matrix process
- Identify risk control methods
- Prioritise risk controls
- Record and review risk assessments
On successful completion of part 1 and 2 candidates should be able to have gained the necessary competencies to undertake a risk assessment of a work area familiar to them, including recording the findings of the assessment and preparing an action plan.

Student Assessment
Risk assessment project.
Entry Requirements
Candidates must have attended Risk Assessment Part One.
