| Requirements | Candidates should at least have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 – 10 years experience in the Army/Police/Defense/Private Security Field. Driving License: Must have a valid UAE driving license. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills, understanding of the industry and a proven track record of achievements in managing and running large multinational teams. Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of guarding, should have good experience in implementing security procedures and policies in sites, do the random site survey and maintain the guard force list and lead his subordinates. Should have good knowledge about man management, discipline, targets and results. Should have the ability to manage more than 3000 guards. |

| Position | Accommodation Manager |
| Requirements | Candidate should at least have a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years experience as an Accommodation Manager. Candidate should have run and managed staff of over 500 people and must have excellent communication skills in English. Arabic will be considered an added value. The candidate will oversee all activities related to contracts / services / logistics and transportation. Candidate will supervise all FSG accommodation facilities and on-site staff and ensure a safe and efficient working environment. |
