Our Founders :

First Security Group was founded in May 2004 by the ten men responsible for the establishment of Dubai’s Law Enforcement and Security infrastructure, with the support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

The company’s ten founding members are retired Major Generals from Dubai Police with law endorsement experience of more than 35 years each. The company’s name is both tribute to their achievements and an affirmation of Company’s commitment to excellence.

Chairman: Maj. General Sharafuddin Al Sayed Mohammad Hussain Sharaf

Retiring at the rank of Major General after 35 plus years of public service, Sharafuddin has also distinguished himself as a prominent role player in the Dubai Community and respected by the leadership of Dubai .
During his tenure with the Dubai Police Sharafuddin held posts ranging from State Security to Director of the CID among many others. Being well aware of how security and infrastructure is the key to stability and economic growth, Sharafuddin has also distinguished himself in the commercial sector via the prestigious Sharaf Group, a global player in the shipping industry along with other successful businesses and partnerships.

Vice Chairman: Maj. General Nasser Abdulrazaq Al Razooqi

After over 35 years of public service in many pivotal leadership roles in Dubai Police, Maj. Gen. Nasser rose to the level of Major General. His final position and possibly the highlight of his career in public service was the prestigious post of Deputy Commander of Dubai Police. Maj. Gen. Nasser has also been a key player on public committees and was appointed in an advisory role in the Higher Traffic Committee by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. Maj. Gen. Nasser is currently instrumental in the development efforts of the First Driving Centre which will be established according to the international standards to become one of the most modern and important centres for training in the basics and principles of driving in the GCC. This will be achieved by his expertise and contacts in RTA and his strong local and international connections. At present, Maj. Gen. Nasser is busy implementing changes through developing advanced systems which will have a positive effect on the safety of motorists and the observance of law.

CEO: Maj. General Abdulaziz Mohammad Abdulla Al Bannai

Retired in the rank of Major General after 36 years of service. He is a pioneer in the realm of change management and modernization of the police force and his mark is evident through the many achievements realized during his career. One of the Founding Members of the Advanced Dubai Police Apparatus, He has contributed significantly in the development and implementation of the advanced systems promoting the latest cutting edge technology to Dubai Police headquarters and its associates. During his extensive years of services at the General Headquarters of Dubai Police he held numerous executive leadership positions, where he was nominated as Director-General of various and distinguished Public Departments, promoted to the rank of Major General and Assistant Commander-in-Chief Dubai Police. Represented Dubai Police and the UAE Ministry of Interior in several forums, regional and international in different countries, through conferences, seminars and relevant events. Honored and awarded numerous Medals and Certificates of Appreciation for his outstanding Leadership, excellence, creativity and encouragement for his key role played in the Police and proper management during his extensive career.

H.E. Maj. General (retd.) Abdulaziz Mohammad Abdulla Al Bannai also holds the positions below:
